STEMI: Patient care must be done first and foremost. STEMI alert notification must be called in before leaving the scene. All STEMI's

should have initial 12 lead sent when calling in STEMI alert or prior. Serial 12 leads can be transmitted as time allows.

NON-STEMI: 12 leads maybe sent in for consultation as needed.
